We can provide you with a single maintenance service on your unit or you may purchase our scheduled maintenance contract. This contract offers you one or two maintenances per year, plus provides you with priority service over non-contract customers, plus a 10% discount off any repairs.

• Clean the indoor evaporator coil
• Check pressure & safety switches
• Check motor voltage & amperage
• Clean condensate drain lines & pump

Heating Maintenance Includes:

• Check electrical connections
• Check/adjust airflow

• Check motor voltage & amperage

• Test for dangerous carbon monoxide
